Queen, Are you Okay?

Queen, Are You Okay?

Episode 5 Reflection

There is a question we ask everyone else.

How are you?

How have you been?

Is everything okay?

But somewhere along the way, many high-achieving women stop asking themselves those same questions.

We become so accustomed to leading, producing, caring for others, solving problems, and showing up that we rarely pause long enough to notice when we've become disconnected from ourselves.

Sometimes we don't even recognize it.

We tell ourselves we're just tired.

Busy.

Stressed.

Overwhelmed.

But beneath those words is often a quieter truth.

We've forgotten to check in with the one person we've been carrying through it all.

Ourselves.

The question isn't whether you're successful.

The question is whether you're well.

Not whether everyone else believes you're doing great.

But whether you believe you're okay.

Because achievement can coexist with loneliness.

Leadership can coexist with exhaustion.

Confidence can coexist with self-doubt.

And outward success can quietly exist alongside a woman who no longer remembers what she needs.

That is why I asked the question.

Not to suggest something is wrong with you.

But to offer permission to answer honestly.

A Reflection

What have you been carrying that no one knows about?

If you stopped performing for just one moment, what truth might finally ask to be heard?

Journal Prompts

Take a few quiet moments with these questions.

  • When was the last time I genuinely asked myself, "Am I okay?"

  • In what areas of my life have I confused being productive with being well?

  • What part of myself have I been neglecting while taking care of everyone else?

  • What would caring for myself look like this week?

Continue the Conversation

If this reflection resonated with you, perhaps it isn't by accident.

Sometimes the first step isn't having all the answers.

Sometimes it's simply being willing to begin the conversation.

If you're navigating questions around your worth, your work, your relationships, or your next chapter, I'd love to hear your story.

You deserve that space.

A Personal Invitation

If you've read this far, I want to ask you the same question I asked in the podcast.

Queen...are you okay?

You don't have to answer that question perfectly.

You don't even have to answer it today.

But if you're ready to explore it with someone who will hold space for you with compassion, curiosity, and honesty, I'd love to connect.

Let's begin with a conversation.

Until next time...

Take a moment today to check in with yourself.

Not the version of you the world sees.

The woman within.

She deserves your attention, too.

I see you.
